Are my fees refundable?

When does the course start?
New students can begin the course on any Monday, excluding bank holidays.
Will I receive any support while studying?
Each student benefits from unlimited 1-2-1 support from an expert tutor. Alongside this you will also have a student mentor who can also offer support and guidance. You’ll stay in touch by pre-arranged calls and Skype sessions and regular email contact.
How long does the course last?
On average it takes between six and nine months to complete the diploma. However, everyone studies at their own pace and you will be able to set a personalised study schedule with your tutor.
Am I expected to attend classes?
As an online learning provider none of our courses require classroom attendance, meaning you study exclusively via distance learning.
Will my diploma be recognised in the UK and abroad?
Your new qualification is approved and regulated by Ofqual and is recognised worldwide.
